This paper is finished based upon a part of the project , which is the design of delta - sigma adc in a high precision electrical meter chip . i introduce the basic theory of delta - sigma adc in detail and bring forward a way to design 18 bits delta - sigma adc which is successfully used in the project , at the first time the paper introduce the the basic theory of delta - sigma adc and two typical decimation fir digital filters 本論文主要基于“一種高精度脈沖輸出的電能計(jì)量集成電路”項(xiàng)目中關(guān)于delta - sigma模數(shù)轉(zhuǎn)換器的設(shè)計(jì)部分,論文中在對(duì)delta - sigma模數(shù)轉(zhuǎn)換器原理進(jìn)行深入理解的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了一種高精度delta - sigma模數(shù)轉(zhuǎn)換器的解決方案,并運(yùn)用于以上項(xiàng)目中取得很好的效果。
